Food is consistently fresh. Tried the turkey gyro, and it was surprisingly delicious. There is no drive-thru, and ordering is a bit of a wait. Compared to some other nearby places, the food is a good value (I 'm talking specials .
I wouldn?t normally give a review on a fast food place, lol, but the Arby?s in Jessup is just that good! I had an issue with my order once and they went above and beyond to correct the situation! The food always comes out FRESH! I live in Laurel and thereis an Arby?s much closer to me, but I go out of my way for the better quality food (those chicken tenders, yum! and service!Five stars all day!
MON 10/24/22 Went to drive through waited no answer drove around to window white trash manager playing on her phone wouldn't answer window. Went to door exployee outside said inside is closed. There were 10 plus people eating inside. Went back towindow and guy says I have to drive through I explained I tried he wouldn't take my order or let me in. Time to clean house andfire these lazy pos's.
Stale bread. Cold Reuben. Asked for curly fries and gave us overcooked crinkle fries. Not friendly at all in drive thru. Service and quality has gone downhill.
Drive up window. Service was a little slow but the food came out nice and hot!! Love the gyros and tried the fish which was surprisingly delicious. Just enough breading to go with the fish!
