What User doesn't like about Subway:
Staff here is unprofessional and rude. Asked for a cup of water after I purchased two foot longs and was refused. It was a very hot summer day and I had my child with me. It wasn’t about the water but more of the fact she lied and said they don’t give water because of “COVID” which made no sense. She later on said we would steal soda. Very bad experience interacting with employees. I see they aim not to ever please the customer. I had a coupon for a $5.99 footlong excluding certain subs but the sandwich I ordered wasn’t on the exclusion list and 3 employees tried to argue me down about it. They didn’t even attempt to scan the coupon to see if the sandwich is excluded from the $5.99 offer. Don’t go here if you don’t want your day/night to be ruined. Very rude employees,very bad customer service and not customer friendly at all. Worst subway experience which is why I am loyal to Blimpie’s on central. As you can see the $5.99 reduced price is on the receipt which means the coupon was accepted. They want to argue you down talking bout the sandwich is on the exemption list when it clearly wasn’t. They charged me $5.99 plus $1.99 such a petty maneuver to handle things unprofessionally.
