Contribute Feedback What Santosh Shetty likes about Sapthagiri Taste Of India:
Indian cuisine is extremely diverse and very regional just like Italian, Mexican or for that matter any other region. This has always been a great Vegetarian place not entirely Vegan many dishes are Vegan though) especially for dishes from Southern India. Good food in a good place. Their breakfast buffet is back and as always they are good and food for the heart. One can never have too much sheera here ? View all feedback.
What Bhaumik Doshi doesn't like about Sapthagiri Taste Of India:
This place doesn?t take dietary restriction seriously. Tried their buffet, and requested the server the prepare a dosa without onion, garlic. Despite the instruction, the chef repeatedly prepared Dosa with onions and served ~3 times) Being someone who follows strict restriction, the manager server chef didn?t make efforts to improve the quality and weren?t really apologetic for the mistake. One of the best Paneer Biryanis I've ever had! Great place for South Indian food. The price is reasonable! The portions are sufficient. I'm sure you'd be satisfied by the end of your meal. I recommend you try the Biryani, even the uthapams and Chole bhaturas are great!
FOOD 4/5 Been here way too many times. Breakfast buffet and Chat night(Wednesdays) is consistent and nice. The North Indian Indo Chinese cuisine food is decent in taste, not the best I've had. Very good South Indian food. On one of our visits, we ordered: SOUTH INDIAN THALI Everything Unlimited, very nice, great in Taste. BAGARA BAINGAN was the best, Sambhar was okay, rest all very good. ALOO PARATHA Good in taste SCHEZWAN VEGETABLE FRIED RICE Disappointed, no or very less Schezwan flavor PANEER TIKKA Sizzler Was okay PANEER TIKKA MASALA Was Good. Can be better. Other Visits: BREAKFAST BUFFET (8 AM 11AM): Very nice, mostly super fresh, their UPMA is the best. PS: 20% Gratuity for group of 5 or more. AMBIENCE 3/5 SERVICE 4/5 The service is good. It always has been. They are mostly packed during peak hours, so it does take some time to get attended to, but you always get what you want. They have two separate space, the one outside is Sapthagiri Pure Vegetarian, the one inside is Vaibhav Non Veg and BYOB. The non veg food is decent in taste, not the best I've had. Overall, it is a very good restaurant with enough dine in space and also has a small parking lot.
I go here often for their Wednesday chat and Dosa buffet. Very tasty food. Dosa is pretty good too. Definitely worth a try if you haven't been to their buffet.
It's a hidden gem for PURE VEGETARIAN and who really likes the real taste. Ambience 10/10 Service 10/10 Taste 10/10 The food taste is AUTHENTIC. MUST TRY Dosa and Meals There are some buffet options too...have to try them The Master Sabari is a real passionate chef there who directly comes to the table and requests for the feedback...
The breakfast buffet was tasteless. The chutneys were disappointing!! The only tasty thing was sambar and tea. You have to pay extra for coffee.
