Mary was great! she deserves an increase and a promotion! mary went out everything for my GRUBHUB order and she corrected the problem I had with the order! mary was very friendly and professional especially in the way she treated my problem. I will order again from this restaurant and it is all because of mary and their outstanding customer service!

Dreadful customer service, the worst ever, they never help with the ordering, many workers, but they do not know what they do, order them like a slightly prepared eating, they can wait 20 minutes to be ready. away from this place

The service at this Popeyes location is among the worst I've experienced in fast food chains. It feels like most of the staff have a tendency to ignore customers waiting in line, often disappearing to attend to other tasks or simply pretending they don't see us. I'm not sure what the issue is, but it definitely needs to be addressed.

I would not recommend this place. It feels more like a hangout for the homeless, and the smell when you walk in is terrible. The staff seemed inexperienced and quite slow. The soda machine only offered two choices, both of which were watered down. The chicken sandwich I ordered was disappointing. I definitely won’t be coming back to this unprofessional and lackluster restaurant.
