There is a lack of tables and seating at this restaurant. Currently, there are only two tables and three chairs. It is suggested to return to the pre-Covid arrangement in order to accommodate more customers. This Dunkin' Donuts location is the worst I have ever experienced. The staff has a bad attitude and frequently makes mistakes with orders and drinks. Today, my latte tasted like milk with a slight hint of caramel. When I asked for it to be fixed, the staff member seemed annoyed and did not do much to improve it. I ended up throwing it away because it still tasted like milk. Additionally, I ordered a toasted croissant with butter, but it was neither toasted nor had any butter on it. I would recommend either getting new staff or closing down this store. It is not worth the money and the customer service is subpar.
This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to! The women working there always seem annoyed and they make your coffee any way they want. It's always a gamble with them and most of the time it's wrong. The hash browns are cold and the bagels are not fresh. I only go here because it's close to my job. They need new staff who know what they're doing as soon as possible.
I like Dunkin, but it's something wrong the way the local manager are handling the locals. I had been today in 3 of them and 2 of them had out of service bathrooms, why because is not a high end neighborhood ???? that is sad. How do you serve people thayou don't want next to you. Think about ????. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY IF THEY WON'T GIVE YOU THE SAME SERVICE THEY OFFER ALLAROUND ????
Dolagy provides excellent customer service at this restaurant. She is always pleasant with customers and goes out of her way to ensure their satisfaction. We look forward to her return to work, as she truly is the best.
