The young man at the register was a tad rude and was focused more on taking the tip from the tip baskets then the orders.

I rated this restaurant three stars for a couple of reasons. I observed two confused young men, both with curly black hair—one wearing glasses and the other not... read more I rated this restaurant three stars for a couple of reasons. I observed two confused young men, both with curly black hair—one wearing glasses and the other not, both dressed in black t-shirts. The taller one with glasses accidentally dropped a cup on the floor, and the other picked it up and placed it back on the counter, which I believe should have been thrown away. The cup was filled with an order for a customer named Antonio who had also placed a food order after 6:45 PM. These two young men seemed uncomfortable and unsure, suggesting they were quite new. They didn’t thoroughly clean the blenders or cups before preparing new drinks. It looked like they could all use more guidance, and I’m uncertain if a manager was present. Some customers had been waiting over 20 minutes for their orders, and I waited more than 25 minutes myself. They were busy, but there were six people making drinks. I feel that better support and guidance for the staff are necessary; they clearly need assistance. Unfortunately, this was my first visit to this location, and it will also be my last. Best of luck to them!

The cashier was unhelpful and didn't fulfill my order as I requested, nor was she willing to make any adjustments. I've never faced an issue with my order at any Starbucks I have visited before. Ordering a regular coffee with half-and-half shouldn't be challenging! I regretted leaving a tip. Fortunately, one of the young men who had just started was kind enough to add a little extra half-and-half. Sadly, I will not be returning to this location. It’s frustrating how one person's attitude can undermine years of loyalty to the brand. I visited two Saturdays ago, and I felt compelled to share my experience.
