Kfc - Jericho

On my way back home westbound 495 I was starving and looking for a quick stop to grab some food but while driving a big truck you can’t pull in everywhere but this is KFC has the perfect big Parking lot! And it’s easy to get into from 495. The food was good on this location.

Normally I am not a fan. However, I have to admit the food was pretty good here. The chicken sandwich was awesome. The employees were friendly and helpful and the dining area and bathrooms were clean. Food was priced reasonably as well.

The guy in the drive-through is unbelievably Rude, poor service, drive-through order completely wrong. The order literally couldn’t have been more wrong. Not a single item was correct. I’m almost impressed.

It's hilarious how every bad review says THE MANAGER was horrible. I have come to this store multiple times, always to be told they have no bone-in-chicken and we need to wait 30 minutes for it. This time I spoke to THE MANAGER about it who's name was Milton, and he basically said he couldn't care less, they give all the bone-in-chicken to the delivery customers and we could just go somewhere else if we didn't like it. We drove to the KFC in Greenvale and 10 minutes later had our bone-in-chicken. This place is literally trash and we will never return there again. Considering all the abysmal reviews about THE MANAGER here, I am surprised the KFC company, who apparently couldn't care less, has allowed him to remain there. Likely he's a Franchisee/Part-Owner, and can't be fired.

The manger was very rude and nasty to me and my family came in from a long drive from North Carolina to a mean restaurant poor customer service and just rude bathroom was discussing and dirty with blood stains and dirty pampers food was rush and out of control
