I went in to grab a quick dozen for the house abd girl behind the counter was snotty and gave an attitude when I asked for specific Donuts. Honestly it didn't even matter what I picked out as they were all stale tasting anyway. I won't be returning to that location ever again way too many other options to spend my money. Local Dunkin located in the North Shore Farms strip mall. Great Coffee, Donuts and BR ice cream. The morning crew is terrifc!
Ordered 4 donuts and a tea. 3 of the donuts were stale….at 10 in the morning…..

There used to be an Indian manager there who used to run a tight ship and the quality used to great. Now present day it’s run by kids. This location is very hit or miss 50/50. My iced coffee yesterday tasted like someone dumped it into an old boot at first. The owner should take some responsibility and show up and train the staff till they learn better quality control instead of sitting at home getting rich.

One of the best experiences ive had with any Dunkin Donuts. Employees treated me very well and were respectful.
The six donuts were all hard and stale, as if they had been on display for a long time. I had to throw them away. What a disappointment! I bought them in the afternoon, but they should have been thrown out and never sold. The inside of the place looks dirty. I won't be coming back anytime soon.
The restaurant was quite chaotic, with staff members swearing and not focusing on their tasks. It took 7 minutes to receive 3 coffees, during which the employees were engaged in conversation with each other. When I inquired about the other coffees, the server appeared to have forgotten them entirely. Overall, it was the worst service I have ever encountered, and the coffee itself was burnt.

I absolutely love this Dunkin' Donuts. The staff is consistently fantastic and very friendly, even when I drop by at 1 AM; the employees are just so nice. This location is the only one that manages to make my milkshakes exactly how I like them.

Dunkin' Donuts offers a wide variety of treats for those with a sweet tooth, as well as a range of coffee options.
Some of the staff, especially this African American girl, appear to be very sleepy, slow, and make a lot of mistakes.
This is the worst Dunkin’s ever. This owner needs to see what’s going on in his store because it shouldn’t take 10-30 minutes in the drive thru lane. Hire better people and pay them more money so they can actually do their job
Very good coffee or americana drive-up service was fast
The drive-thru was not open so we had to go inside. The service was very slow and a customer accidentally dropped her coffee on the floor, causing a mess. It was frustrating and ridiculous.
