Terrible customer service. The restaurant gets quite busy, and the staff seem to use that as an excuse to only listen selectively. When my order was incorrect, the owner didn’t apologize or attempt to make amends—just offered excuses. He was neither friendly nor patient. The service deserves zero stars. We really enjoy visiting this restaurant. The food is consistently hot and delicious, and the waitstaff are friendly and attentive. I appreciate that they offer both classic Italian dishes and daily specials for added variety.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience! I visited this restaurant on a Saturday afternoon with my girlfriend. We shared some calamari and the flatbread pizza, both of which were freshly made and tasted delicious. The server was friendly and promptly took our order, and the food arrived at our table shortly after.
This is one of my favorite spots for Italian cuisine. Every dish is delicious and made with fresh ingredients. The portion sizes are massive! We often end up with leftovers that last us a day or even two. The staff is fantastic, and the service is top-notch. It’s definitely a go-to place for our family!

I visited Fanático with the plan to order their amazing penne alla vodka, and it certainly lived up to my expectations! Additionally, the server suggested that we explore the specials menu.
Located in a cozy shopping area next to H-Mart, this restaurant is conveniently close to an Asian noodle shop, a nail salon, and Dunkin' Donuts, with ample parking options available. One of my go-to dishes here is their chopped...
I apologize for the misunderstanding; I actually reside in Hicksville, not San Francisco. Although we do enjoy Fanatico, it would be too far for us to travel there.

Great pizzeria attached and good for casual Italian food. There are many vegetarian options, including basic and new pastas, apps, and the pizzeria. The lunch menu has different stuff on it which is also available for dinner!
Will visit again to try other dishes. Only had a walnut beet goat cheese salad this time. Nothing unusual, the walnuts tasted stale; picked them out and ate the rest of the salad. The portions were big. My friends ordered other dishes, which look good. Service was good.

It's important to mention that we also had the four rice bowl appetizers. After spending over $60 on dinner, we found ourselves still in need of snacks. My wife and I are not heavy eaters; we usually have moderate appetites, and I believe no one should exit an Italian restaurant feeling hungry. I understand that prices are increasing everywhere, but I can still buy a pound of spaghetti for only $1.89. When you add in two pieces of chicken, which costs around $8.99 per pound (about $4 total for the chicken), plus another dollar for the sauce, that comes to roughly a $7 meal. I recognize that businesses need to cover their costs, pay their employees, and make a profit, but it’s unacceptable for a customer to leave feeling hungry. Pasta is supposed to be filling! I'm disappointed and will be searching for other Italian restaurants where I can expect a proper portion size rather than what felt like a child's meal for $27.
This restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious vegetarian options, along with excellent food and a delightful atmosphere. Plus, there is ample parking available.

The food was excellent, and the portion sizes were generous. You should definitely try their pizzas—the crust is incredibly crispy and delicious. I absolutely love this place and will definitely return!
Several vegetarian recipes...some food...big ambience...a lot of parking
I met up with some family members for lunch to discuss a few family issues. The food was outstanding and very affordable. The staff were incredibly friendly, allowing us to stay as long as we wanted. It was a wonderful experience at a restaurant that was new to us.
We love coming here. Food is always hot and tasty, waiter is friendly and attentive. I like that they have classic Italian options, but also specialties that give variety.
