Since moving to Jeff City, Schooling has been recommended as a top provider of quality meat. I purchased meat from there, but to be honest, it was hit or miss. Against my better judgment, I bought a ribeye roast from there for Christmas, paying a very high price for the meat. I brought it home and cooked it for Christmas dinner.
