Jq's On High - Jefferson City

My fiancée and I drove 45 minutes to try JQ's on the High Street based on my father-in-law's recommendation, and we were not disappointed. We both ordered their famous cheese and speck burgers with fries, and I also had their cucumber salad. The food was delicious, perfectly prepared, and we left the restaurant feeling satisfied. Everything was fresh, the staff was friendly, and the dining area was clean. We couldn't stop raving about the quality of the food on our way home. The restaurant is small, accommodating only around 16 people, so it's not ideal for large groups. However, for a party of two or three, dining in, takeout, or a picnic in the park, it's a great choice. We can't wait to go back for another meal.

The food at this restaurant was fantastic! I tried the street corn nachos, and they were able to substitute the black beans with shrimp for me, since it was a Friday during Lent. They offer multiple gluten-free options which is great for me as I have celiac disease and there aren't many gluten-free options in the city.

The burger was huge and delicious! The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly. Although the restaurant is small, we really enjoyed it and will definitely return.

I had the honey wings and they were amazing! the sauce is sticky and sweet. the wings have a good season and the fries were hot and crispy and fluffy on the inside. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend. the owners/cooks are amazing. personal, friendly and friendly.

We stopped there today before heading back home. Best burgers ever, SUPER friendly service. Neat little place where you can tell the owner (I think he was... is happy when the customer's happy (and this customer was happy). Yummy!
