However, the lobby was closed because of a staff shortage, which may explain why I only received 2 pieces of chicken instead of the 3 that were supposed to be in my meal. When I returned, the woman at the drive-thru was very apologetic and kindly offered me an extra piece of chicken. They provided excellent service despite the challenging circumstances!

I did my normal order, but when I went and pulled to the window, I decided to add a 2nd of the same order. The guy at the window jokingly said no, and I mean, this guy said it like the way keanue reeves said, No. You 're breath taking! Kind of way. He even gave me an extra cookie because he said the biggest difference between the combo and original is the added cookie and drink. I guess it 's more of a rant on the employee, anyways he made my day. Sorry I csnt remember his name.

The menu still offers a variety of options to choose from.

I drank my beverage during the drive home, and it w... read more I stopped at KFC on my way back to Chattanooga and ordered a chicken sandwich, mashed potatoes, and a drink. I drank my beverage during the drive home, and it was perfectly mixed. Even with the air conditioning on the entire 35-minute trip, my food was still warm when I arrived. I'm amazed—it's hard to find hot food in my hometown that stays warm after just a 10-minute drive. The food was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!
