Many other fast... read more I visited the drive-thru and had a really pleasant experience. The lady who took my order was friendly and didn’t rush me, which was refreshing. Many other fast food places seem too focused on their time limits and try to hurry customers along, but that wasn’t the case here. It had been a while since I could really see the menu. I typically order the same thing, but today I wanted to try something different. It was nice to have the chance to browse the menu without feeling pressured. That being said, the service wasn’t slow at all—once I placed my order, it was quick and accurate. Thank you, KFC in Kimball!
