Contribute FeedbackChamp's Sports Lounge offers a unique atmosphere but can be a hit or miss. Hearthstone falls short in terms of chaotic service and management. On the other hand, the lounge is a perfect spot for special events, with great entertainment and accommodating service. The menu at the hotel's restaurant may be a bit pricey, but the food is delicious and the staff, like Hannah and Jesse, go above and beyond. Overall, a recommended spot for wing nights, good food, and friendly service in Jasper.
The waiter was very attentive and friendly. The food was decent, nothing extraordinary. There was a mix-up with my cocktail order, which resulted in multiple questions about the wrong drink. The bartender used the wrong liqueur initially, so I had to order a different drink. The correct cocktail finally arrived just before our meals were served.
The pizza was average. Though tasty, it seemed more like a homemade pan pizza rather than a gourmet dish for the price of $30.

The pizza was absolutely delicious at this restaurant. Our waiter, David, was very attentive and knowledgeable. He also provided us with a great drink recommendation.
