The staff here are very knowledgeable about celiac needs. Ive come through here several times now, and never fail to stop when Im passing through Jasper. The staff wipe down the counter with a cleaner, make your wrap or sandwich on parchment paper, use clean utensils, gloves etc. It was great having them take the time to do all this without even being asked after just mentioning celiac disease. pretty disappointed. we expected a great experience and it was all but good. they only made one cohort to order in a time that was good, but they chat and laughed and had a great visit with the group before us. 20 minutes on the door. eating was just okay and when I ordered a gf wrap, none of the servers changed their gloves. we will not return. If you've read any of my other reviews then you know I don't eat sandwiches.
It's like a Subway with higher quality food and friendlier peopleI went down the assembly line, picking the bread, sauces, meat, cheese, and vegetables.
Two points to this restaurant: 1. if they are celiac, don't go here. Unfortunately, the people believe that they are safe zöliakie because they exchange gloves and wipe the counter, but there is cross-contamination with any order they do because they snatch and press it into the brot or wraps. 2. they won't go here if they're in a hurry. the gentleman on the theke was beautiful and all, but he seemed to take more care of making small talks than an order. do not try to be rude, only to let them know when they are on the road and in a hurry, this cannot be the place for them.
Out on holiday and make us through the parks. we just wanted a little bit easy. I checked reviews and went here. well, it is definitely on the point! They wipe everything and took new gloves without asking. the uniform heat of the packaging a little so it does not tear so easily when rolled. very delicious. would be eating here again.
