This morning in Jamesport, LI Dunkin Donuts to get a box of coffee and donuts for the staff. There was a very nice guy who helped me (if asked for his name). I asked about cups, sugar and cream; no problem. Asked for napkins; no problem. changed order and asked for donuts and bagels; no problem. asked to cut the bagels half with butter on the side; no problem. The best Dunkin' on the island! As a regular customer at various Dunkin' locations across Long Island, I can confidently say that this one stands out for its consistency. They not only make my drink quickly, but they also prepare it perfectly every time. Highly recommend this place! Thank you, Jamesport Dunkin’!
The restaurant has a very clean atmosphere and offers excellent customer service.
This morning, I visited the Dunkin' Donuts in Jamesport, LI, to get a box of coffee and donuts for the staff. I was assisted by a very friendly employee (though I didn't catch his name). I inquired about cups, sugar, and cream, and he assured me it was no problem. I also requested napkins, which he happily provided. When I changed my order to include donuts and bagels, he again responded without any issues. I asked if they could cut the bagels in half and put butter on the side, and he said that would be no problem as well. The customer service was fantastic, delivered with a smile and a cheerful attitude!
