When I reached the register, I made sure to voice my concerns. I felt it was important to stand up for him because no one deserves to be treated like that. You could see that he was intimidated and reluctant to speak up for himself, so I decided to do it for him.

I would say the best customer service in terms of friendliness, empathy and hospitality. I think a lot of other restaurant should learn from the owner of the restaurant how to coach and develop crews , so that they can reach their goals .
