This hotel has received many negative reviews, and I do not recommend going there. The staff is unattentive and it is not a good place to stay. I checked in at 3:00 and the staff finally gave me a room.

The walls were paper-thin, making it impossible to escape the noise from neighboring rooms. I was shocked when I witnessed a woman demanding a refund because she was given a room that was already occupied, and then another room with a child inside. There was also a lack of parking spaces available. I would not recommend staying here.

The bed was very soft. The light was broken and the smoke detector was also not working. There was a large fight in the lobby around 2:30 in the morning. We were on the first floor so we could hear everything being said in the lobby, causing the noise to echo throughout the whole floor. The room was either cold when the AC was on or hot when it wasn't. It was difficult to regulate the temperature.

I was here recently with my mother. the hotel rooms are dirty. even the couch in the lobby was fies. our toilet got up and the writer told me to use a flask. they didn't even have a guardian to look at them. when the bath was flooded, they changed our room. we were in a barrier-free room where one of the bars fell from the wall. the floor was dirty. No one came around to clean up the room or even get the mum out. I guess they wait until they check out to clean it because they are too cheap to guests who stay there more than one night. I asked if the office worker could give me at least one müll bag, because at this point our müll was flooded and she could not even do that. It's the worst thing I've ever been somewhere. even the cheapest motels are better than this place. do not let themselves be fooled by the cute photos on their website

The front desk lady was very rude and unprofessional. The room I stayed in was not cleaned and was full of nastiness. I had asked if the room as been cleaned and she rudely shouted “Yes! Why are you asking?” I should’ve taken that as a red flag but I let that pass. The ceiling in the bathroom above the shower was falling apart and you can see paint chips in the tub. The smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling with exposed wires. The outlet near the tv was obviously burned before because the faceplate itself was burned and they never thought to replace it. The furniture was barely staying together, I’m talking about broken hinges and loose supports. Very unprofessional and unsatisfactory for the prices they were charging.
