The customer service was quite poor. I paid $6 for a coconut and when I went back to the counter, they handed me a cup that was only half full. When I asked about it, they laughed and told me to "buy another one." I was taken aback by their response. View all feedback.
GUYANA CHOICE BAKERY Went they first opening everything used to tastes every good, but just like every west indian bakery or restaurants they foods taste good for the first 4 to 6 months went they make it big they food stuck really stuck. This is a specialty supermarket and bakery all in one! I wanted a pastry on my way home so I stopped in here and had no idea what I was ordering lol. But I got the cheese Pastry which was 2/$1 and the pineapple tart which was also 2/$1. They were both lovely and would taste even better warmed. The crust was crumbly but not overly dry. The cheese roll was salty and savory and slightly spicy I loved it! The pineapple tart was a little too sweet for meee but still good

Was craving some Guyanese pastry, google directed me to this spot on Liberty Avenue, Queens. Highly disappointed at the cheese rolls, pine tarts and cheese straws. The worst. Hard doughy. Cheese straws were spicy pepper biscuits.What happened to good tasting flaky authentic Guyanese pastries.
