I have not gotten anything that was correct, ranging from the complete wrong order, to missing items and rude employees on the phone, I always ask now to have the delivery driver check the order at the store. This time they didn't even include half the wings in my order... absolutely awful experiences.... Food is okay but they absolutely need better workers...

I ordered the garlic Parmesan with mild sauce, but the mild sauce had no flavor at all—it was practically tasteless. This is my second time ordering from this restaurant, and I’m feeling disappointed. I don’t know who’s in the kitchen preparing the chicken, but we definitely appreciate our sauce!

The thigh bites were sub par. I'm used to the ones served from Markham. Maybe get with them and see what they are doing differently because this isn't it! Plus I got a large and this is surely a regular size portion. But the rest of the food was on point. That's wasn't MY food though and as the buyer- I wasn't happy.

When I told them I was missing items the blame game started instead of an verification. Then I was given another bag that only had 15 wings and thefries. But at that point I didn't want to waste anymore of my time.

An order was made over the phone, and when I arrived I overheard the night manager speaking very rudely to a customer and then proceeded to hang up on thecustomer. After finding out our order was wrong, a call was made to the store. The cashier, Micayla, answered the phone with avery rude attitude. She was also the one who rudely took the original order. She then told us that if we just wanted to complainwe could bring the food back. I would NOT recommend this location to ANYONE. The place was disgusting, the staff was rude and itwas one of the worst takeout experiences we have ever had.
