What User likes about Papa Johns Pizza:
The food was good but the phone service is bad! It's a call center with delayed speech and will hangup. I tried to call 30 mins ahead 3x times, I even placed the whole order but when trying to confirm it hungup again. I ended up going in and waiting 15 more minutes but the order was never turned in but I was told to push 5 for a direct line to the store. Definitely do will next time. View all feedback. I placed an order with this restaurant for delivery. They marked it as delivered, but when I called to inquire, they claimed the driver had knocked and called my phone. However, I never received a call and no one knocked on my door. When I called them again, they said the driver had come by twice and no one answered.
