Papa Johns Pizza - Jacksonville

I purchased cheese sticks that were extremely tough, and when I mentioned it, they told me that they were intentionally selling them that way.

I placed an order with this restaurant for delivery. They marked it as delivered, but when I called to inquire, they claimed the driver had knocked and called my phone. However, I never received a call and no one knocked on my door. When I called them again, they said the driver had come by twice and no one answered. What's strange is that I was watching the driveway and never saw anyone approach. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

I ordered delivery from this restaurant and never received my food. I called to inquire about my order, but they claimed the driver knocked on my door and called me, which I never heard or saw. They said they sent the driver back, but he never showed up again. When I called back, they insisted the driver knocked twice and called me, but I never received the food or any notification. When I asked for a description of my house, they couldn't provide one. I will not be returning to this restaurant. The customer service was rude and filled with lies.

Cheese sticks were well made had no garlic or marinara sauce and the bbq chicken bites were cold and discouraging. never again. for this 2 items, wait almost $18.

Good service nice people and most importantly good pizza.
