I had the worst experience with prime rib. I ordered it rare, but what I got was a tough, gray piece of meat that was cooked to medium well. I've also noticed that you seem to ignore negative feedback.
My husband and I have a tradition of celebrating our anniversary with a Prime Rib dinner, and since this year marks our 10th anniversary, we were determined to uphold it! After looking for a restaurant that serves Prime Rib on weekends, we found Muggsy's and decided to give it a try. We were incredibly impressed! The food, atmosphere, and staff were all wonderful. The King Prime Rib was huge and cooked to perfection! Our waitress, Hope, was exceptional—she made sure our drinks were never empty. The chef even came out to check on our meal and wished us a Happy Anniversary. By the end of the night, we learned that the hostess and busboys were attending Homecoming, leaving just two waitresses to manage the entire restaurant. They handled everything so well that we didn't even realize they were short-staffed. We will definitely be returning!
Everything I've tried at this restaurant has been fantastic. I'm especially fond of the steak, but I also love their crab legs. I just wish they offered the crab more often!
