Mcdonald's - Jacksonville

By far the best McDonalds I've been to. The cashier was cheerful and smiled the entire time, not just with me but with all of the customers. The manager was a great motivator to his team!

This location has gone down in service. Dining room still closed.Long drive thru wait time,one lane only. Customer service polite, but you can tell they've reduced their employees by the quality of service. Considering the increase in prices, daily deals only available on phone app which requires credit card pre-purchasing. And long wait times equal cold fries and irritation. One customer was so frustrated the blew their car horn non stop in line. Always check your order. Atleast the ducks will entertain you while your in line.

For as long as I can remember, I've had nothing good to say about my service at McDonald's. With that being said, this location is finally restored some of my faith in the McDonald's name. I came here to order lunch, and after realizing the lobby was closed, I called the number on the door. A lady by the name of Jen answered the phone oh, and I explained to her that I was unable to use the drive-through because the trailer that I use for work was too wide to safely fit. I asked if I could place an order over the phone, and she instructed me to step into the lobby to take my order instead. She was courteous and polite, and as a result anytime I am working in this area this will now be my stop for lunch.

Although customer service varies daily, the day I went, the staff and manager on duty was extremely helpful. I was tasked by my daughter to procure all the Disney toys from the happy meals and the manager on duty took the time to look through the bins to look for a specific one I was hunting down.
