Mcdonald's - Jacksonville

I just went through to get coffee. The staff at this McDonalds are always smiling and friendly. I enjoy going both inside and using the drive thru, always receiving quality service and good food.

Sent my boyfriend tonight to get me a caramel iced coffee 3 chocolate chip cookies for my birthday today. The coffee is full of coffee grounds has absolutely no flavor. It taste like unsweetened coffee with unsweetened creamer. Cookies are extremelyhard not fresh at all. Not to mention he had to sit in the drive thru for 37 minutes waiting on our very small order. Get ittogether. If you need employees HIRE PEOPLE! I applied months ago.

Terrible service and a few times to get our order wrong?s good I know that it's busy, so I'll just go and let them know that they forget half of our order, but after awhile u tired of it.. I feel like they should take work there more seriously and make customers happy there without it should be perfect, but in any case better

Friendly staff, could simply not eat inside, dining room was closed, but other dining places around had their open, food was good, and the pommes were hot and fresh, so that formed, not able to eat in kinda, will return

A little for my big job. But nowhere near what I expected to wait. The staff was very polite and apologised for a waiting period they did not have to apologize for. And the best part. My great order, which had several complicated requests, was made perfection. No problem. Could have been a better experience.
