We are so happy we finally discovered Chef T's! What a hidden gem! The service was exceptional, and the food was even better! I ordered the beef liver and onions with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. The liver was tender, and the gravy was hot and flavorful! The mashed potatoes were great, and the coleslaw was fantastic! You could tell that the chef made his own dressing; it had just the right amount of sweetness! My wife had the chopped pork BBQ with fries and baked beans. I have to say, she finished everything except for a few fries. I tried the baked beans, and they were perfect—just the right amount of onions and a sweet, spicy flavor that I couldn't quite identify. Really delicious! I also took home a piece of homemade pecan pie to enjoy later, and it looks amazing! You all really need to check out Chef T's in Alexandria, Alabama! It’s the best!

Although I had never met her before, sh... read more We had a wonderful experience at Chef T's. The staff was incredibly friendly, and our server was particularly attentive. Although I had never met her before, she treated us like old friends, even giving me a hug as I left. The food was delicious! I ordered the Denver Omelet, which I expected to have ham, cheese, onions, and peppers, but it also included sausage. It was fantastic, and the eggs were perfectly thin, just as an omelet should be. I paired it with home fries; while a few of the potatoes were a bit firm, they were crispy and tasty, so it didn’t bother me at all. My husband chose the Ash & Trash, and I couldn’t resist stealing a bite—delicious! The hash browns were wonderfully crispy, and all the toppings were just amazing. He also ordered two eggs with bacon and home fries. His eggs were cooked perfectly, and the bacon was crispy and flavorful. I think we’ve found our new favorite breakfast spot. We truly enjoyed our time at Chef T's!

The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is simply delicious. We'll be back in the area in a few weeks, and I can't wait to visit Chef T's again!
