The staff at this restaurant were friendly and polite. The food, much like the Baymeadows location, was delicious. I went out of my way to visit this spot because they sell fried chicken skins, which I was eager to try. I requested that they wait 15 minutes before cooking my order, as I didn't want the panko to become soggy in the closed container with the Katsu chicken. Just had it for the first time, not my first Hawaiian spot tho. I think this place has some great food especially if you like traditional Hawaiian because it's spot on except for sticky rice. I had alot of food here and everything I ate I liked but my expectations were different than most people would be. When you walk in just get rid of misconceptions and just try everything.
