I never got the chance to try their chicken, but I will definitely be back!

During a heavy rain, I went to the lobby to order, but all the doors were locked, despite one person sitting at a table inside. It would have been helpful to have a sign on the door indicating that the lobby was closed, visible from the parking lot. If that were the case, I would rate them five stars. It was evident that the staff was overloaded with work, as I could see in the way they handled my questions. I hope management recognizes their efforts and considers giving them a bonus for their hard work. The food itself was fresh, hot, and delicious, but the portion sizes were on the smaller side.

While many young people might be frustrated with last-minute orders, this team was the exception. He was incredibly polite and accommodating. They could have easily turned us away or told us they couldn't serve us, but instead, this young man maintained a positive attitude.

The young man... read more We arrived just 8 minutes before this location was set to close (due to reduced hours), and I was pleasantly surprised by the service we received. The young man managing the drive-thru was exceptional. While many teenagers might have shown frustration at our last-minute order of five chicken sandwiches, he remained incredibly polite and accommodating. They could have easily informed us that they were closing and had no items available, but he chose to go above and beyond. His positive attitude made a lasting impression.
