So my wife goes in and orders my sandwich just to find out that the employee told her she could just grab mustard packs like really Zaxby's are your employees so lazy that they don't wanna put a squirt of mustard on a sandwich when it's originally ordered that way. I've been here several times and have to say that the staff has always been incredibly friendly. When ever I have had to wait for my food they always apologize in a sincere manner. The food is always hot and fresh. I really like the service here fantastic people View all feedback.
