Before taking our order, she apologiz... read more We visited this restaurant this morning around 11:00 A.M. The young woman working there was the only staff member on duty. Before taking our order, she apologized and asked for our patience, explaining that she was managing everything by herself. She did an excellent job and was incredibly polite. When we asked if anyone else could assist her, she let us know that there was no one else scheduled for the day. It's really unfair to put such a heavy load on one employee. If I were in her position, I might have considered walking away from the job. It's clear that she is a dedicated worker and deserves recognition for her hard work and commitment.
