When we finally received our food, the egg was cold and the meat was burnt. This will definitely be the last time I visit this store.

I had the worst service at this Wendy's compared to any other location I've visited. I waited in the lobby for 35 minutes for two combo meals. The older man beh... read more I had the worst service at this Wendy's compared to any other location I've visited. I waited in the lobby for 35 minutes for two combo meals. The older man behind the counter was very rude; he snapped at me when I mentioned I received a vanilla Frosty instead of a chocolate one. To top it off, when I got home, neither of the burgers was correct.

I tried to make the order placement simpler and quicker and all the lady did was rudely order me to pay at the window. So dismissive and all I did was try to help her. This Wendy 's has had a bad reputation for some time but I wanted to see if anything changed. Nope. The staff is even more rude than I remember and I don 't think I 'll be returning anymore since the message I seem to keep getting is "How dare you waste our time! "I won 't anymore.
