I requested a substitution for more... read more I had the best sandwich ever at Togo's in Jackson, California! I ordered the large Italian and it was absolutely delicious. I requested a substitution for more mortadella instead of ham, and while they assured me they could accommodate it, they didn't follow through. Despite that, everything else was fantastic. My overall experience was great, though I did feel a bit chilly since they left the door open, which made me wish I could take off some layers. I had to keep my coat and sweaters on. Phil rated it five stars, and I wholeheartedly agree. Thank you, Togo's, for keeping your standards high and staying competitive with both classic sandwich shops and new ones!

It's a nice place, and the staff is nice. I'd recommend.
