Thi... read more I moved to Jackson and was so happy to have a subway near us!! We ordered the first time and my boyfriends sandwich had none of the veggies we wanted on it! This time we ordered there was a big peace of bread missing out of my sandwich! We won’t be ordering from this subway anymore!

I really don't unders... read more I’m not sure why this restaurant is still open given the rudeness of the staff. It makes me wonder where all the good employees have gone. I really don't understand why I even bother coming here. The staff seems poorly trained and they were very unfriendly towards me and my kids. I overheard them complaining about having to work and assist customers, which is quite disappointing. In my experience, we just did our jobs without any fuss. Their behavior was disrespectful, and I won’t be coming back. It’s no surprise that this place is always empty. I’ve never encountered anything so terrible!
