I finally had a chance to order takeout from this place, and I regret not stopping by a few times while I was in town. My phone service was terrible in downtown... read more I finally had a chance to order takeout from this place, and I regret not stopping by a few times while I was in town. My phone service was terrible in downtown Jackson, so I couldn't dine in. The restaurant itself was nice and clean. I got the grilled pork sandwich with fries, and it was really good—I'm sure it would have been even better if I had eaten there. I also took home the BBQ mac and cheese with a side of cornbread for lunch the next day, and even as leftovers, it was delicious.

No one likes it but they eat it because they are hungry. I was confused that maybe they like it that way and it was grandma's recipe. I don't get it... for $13. Was not worth $1. The fries were truly excellent. I will not pay again for a puree pork sandwich. It was in soft bread and would just fall out of the bread. Even sloppy joes have a texture. I was so confused that this would be served. This was less stiff and same texture as braunschweiger but not firm at all...just falls apart. Pulled pork braunschweiger pate. Not a bbq favorite. Had the quesadilla and a burger with pulled pork and bacon. Kids had hot dogs with coleslaw and fries. Everyone loved their meals!
