However, during our first order, my boyfriend's sandwich was missing all the veggies we requested. On our latest visit, a large piece of bread was missing from my sandwich! Unfortunately, we won't be ordering from this Subway again.

There's never enough staff working, and I ended up waiting 40 minutes for a sandwich that wasn't even toasted. The student workers behind the counter seemed clearly stressed, and I feel bad for them. It's not their fault—management seriously needs to step up and fix this problem!

I complimented the two young men working at the counter for their exceptional customer service. They clearly demonstrated dedication to delivering great service and making tasty food. They even encouraged us to come back, and based on our experience, I would definitely recommend this spot to others.
