She often gives off the impression that my patro... read more The staff at this restaurant are consistently impolite, particularly one employee with blonde hair and glasses. She often gives off the impression that my patronage is bothersome to her and comes across as snobbish. Recently, I witnessed her yelling at a group of boys for a small spill, refusing to provide them with napkins because she claimed they were too costly. This behavior was unacceptable. Additionally, the sandwiches are prepared at a sluggish pace. However, the food itself is tasty.

She always makes it seem like my bus... read more The employees are always very rude especially one in particular. I don’t know her name but she has blonde hair and glasses. She always makes it seem like my business is an inconvenience to her and she is very snotty. Today I watched her scream at a group of boys one spilled a little bit of their drink. She refused to give them napkins to clean it up because she said “they cost too much”. It was very rude. Subs are always made slow, too. At least the food tastes good...

Upon going to the local subway on my campus I was met with absolute disgusting service. Not all of the workers are bad but one particularly that always seems to... read more Upon going to the local subway on my campus I was met with absolute disgusting service. Not all of the workers are bad but one particularly that always seems to have a nasty attitude is Rhonda. But i 'll go more into detail later in this review. Now, on to the sandwich. I ordered a simple rotisserie chicken foot long sub with a bacon addition. What I got was almost just that, for starters the worker who was working on my sub gave me regular chicken until i corrected her, then resumes to put my rotisserie chicken and bacon onto the foot long Italian herb and cheese. She then proceeds to toast it, there was no cheese, I had said moments before that i wanted the shredded jack and there was none on it. So i ask them to add my cheese and the lady Rhonda rudely goes, Well what cheese . I point at the shredded jack, and she proceeds to sprinkle it on there. Anyways, so after waiting in line for them to make 6 subs with 3 workers working, no one had rung me up. I don 't blame one of the workers because she was being trained so that is not on her. So after being rung up my sub was then rudely pushed towards me knocking my empty drink cup over. Shaking my god damn head I wouldn 't recommend this subway to even those in third work countries. I 'm confident that even they get better service than us college campus students do.
