I always love Subway there's usually not a long way most times first or second person in line if there's a line it moves pretty quickly
On April 14, 2024 at 6:44pm. I experienced some disrespectful customer service at the subway store in Jackson, LA. The two, young females were rude, disrespectful and ill mannered. Every word from their mouths was of profain language. That type of behavior is and was uncalled for.
This Subway location did not open on time and did not answer the phone despite being 20 minutes late.
The poor sandwich artist was alone in the store at peak lunch rush. She was clearly inexperienced and incredibly slow at making food. There were 5 customers in front of me, two of which had ordered online 45 minutes earlier, and it still took over an hour for me to get through the line. Additionally she had clearly been trained to be a stingy as possible in terms of dressing a sandwich. I don 't blame her, I do blame Subway. Pay your employees a decent wage and you won 't be so short staffed! People want to work, but people don 't want to work for pennies!
