Then to... read more We are from the UK and stayed at the Plantation Village for just shy of 2 weeks and our initial surprise was how lovely and comfortable the rooms were. Then to have a fun and friendly bar on site was an even bigger bonus. With regular offers of cheap and FREE drinks, karaoke, FREE FOOD, (a unique game of wobbly pool and drunk ping-pong) and even a chance to play vinyl records on their 70's style portable player, what more could you ask for? We have been warmly welcomed by all the locals throughout our stay and learnt first hand that no-one does hospitality and fun quite like Louisiana. So thank you Plantation Village and thank you Mackies, we will be sure to spread the word (and love).

Dj runs off of iTunes, hire a real karaoke/dj man if u want the bar to stay on 68 longer. Ppl will continue on drinking out their car in ice chest . I see your positive reviews are employees or related ..
