Bad experience! On our 7/10/17 visit to this Subway, we experienced the following: gnats flies on the food, terrible customer service bad attitudes, poor rapport with us as customers amongst themselves,
There's a new Subway under new management, and it's surprisingly nice!
This Subway has significantly improved over the past six months; in fact, it’s now the best one in town. I visit at all times of the day, and the staff is consistently great! Keep up the excellent work!
Every time I get a sandwich here, it falls apart in the package. They throw it together so sloppily, it's impossible to eat. I work at this hospital and there are limited options of places to eat but you might as well not count this one because it's TERRIBLE. This is literally the worst Subway restaurant at which I've ever eaten.
During a visit to family in the hospital, we decided to grab a bite to eat. Unfortunately, the cafeteria was closed for the evening, leaving us with only Subway as an option. It wasn't our first choice, but it seemed to be the only one available. My wife ordered the chicken teriyaki sub, but the chicken was so gummy that it stuck to the spoon; they had to basically scrape it off onto the bread. To make matters worse, everything else looked unappetizing! The pepperoni was frozen, and the vegetables appeared to be days old. There were five employees standing around, none of whom were wearing gloves or hair nets. We quickly decided to walk away and just grabbed some chips from the vending machine instead!
