What User doesn't like about Sonic Drive In:
The staff member who took our order was quite rude, displaying an attitude right from the start. However, the person who brought out our food was very nice. Unfortunately, our #9 chicken slider was overcooked; the chicken was tough, almost like jerky, and the bun was similarly hard. I had a great experience today at the Sonic on Vann Drive in Jackson. The staff was very friendly and efficient. My order was correct, fresh, and hot. Thank you!
