Despite the appeal of their classic milkshakes and unique menu items, melted treats and unfulfilled cravings overshadow the dining experience. Until service improves, many are considering traveling to alternative locations for a more satisfying meal.

Jackson Sonic is the worst, if it wasn?t for my client. I would NEVER EVER come here. The service sucks, they bring the wrong food and their milkshakes are always melted!
I am extremely frustrated with my experiences at Jackson Sonic. I've been craving their food for a month and have visited multiple times, only to face issues with my orders being messed up or items being forgotten that were supposed to come with my meal. Today was the last straw. I specifically ordered a BLT without tomatoes—though it may seem odd, that's my preference—but they included tomatoes anyway. It seems as if they removed them after adding them, because when I took a bite at home, I tasted tomato juice and a seed. What if I had been allergic to tomatoes? I'm fed up with this poor service. From now on, I will drive to the Cape Girardeau location instead. This level of service is unacceptable. It shouldn't be difficult to prepare food as requested and double-check the order before handing it to the customer. If I could give it zero stars, I would. I'm done.
Don't forget to pick up your community sports fundraiser card for a 99-cent Route 44 drink at Sonic. While I do enjoy Sonic's food, I find their prices to be quite steep. Even though I can afford it, I prefer not to pay such high prices. I can get a lunch at Applebee's for the same cost as a meal at Sonic.
I ordered through the restaurant's app and waited 10 minutes after receiving a notification that my order was being prepared. When I pressed the button to check on my order, I learned that my drinks hadn’t even been made yet. Additionally, when my order was finally brought to me, it was incorrect. I pressed the button again, but the employee who came to my car was rude. They then delivered another incorrect drink, which forced me to request a manager to address the issue.
Since we are gluten-free, we can't eat anymore. Sometimes, when we raise, I want a #2 with cheese and a frito cake, but calm down for a soda. This has the best ice cream!
