Food could have been hotter. Drive thru employee was nice.
I received a free Whopper for completing a Burger King survey, but the staff had difficulty redeeming the offer. The promotion required me to purchase a side and a drink, both in small sizes. I wanted two large fries, a Whopper, and a frozen Coke, which I thought met the requirements. However, they insisted I order the Whopper meal with a small fry and a small drink, which wasn't what I wanted. In the end, I left without anything because I was confused about why I couldn’t get what I desired, even though I was ordering more than necessary. I really wish I could take back my positive feedback from the survey! Isn’t a frozen Coke considered a drink? And isn't it small? That seemed to be an ongoing debate. Maybe I’m just being unreasonable because I was starving and hadn’t had dinner.
I truly appreciate that they used to have Whoppers on sale, as I enjoy treating myself to one now and then. Unfortunately, they aren’t on sale anymore, so when we go for burgers, we have to pick something else. Typically, the service is good, but yesterday it was exceptional! The person at the drive-thru window was excellent and very courteous. Thank you for making a tough day a little brighter!
The staff is very friendly, and the food is freshly made and exactly how I ordered it. Plus, they accept coupons.
I'm just not a fan of Kohlenbroil, but it is what it is. This location is much better than the other Burger Kings; it’s always clean and the employees are great.
