Thank you Happy !! We stopped in for a great lunch. Happy to see it was busy! We both had a daily special. I loved the sweet potato Quesadilla. Hot and dripping in cheese. My side was the carrot ginger soups, good. Hubby enjoyed the taco special with nopales and a side of fries. As noted before the fries are dusted in something, good but a little too much. We took home some chocolate cheesecake and I think I might of died!! It was sooooooo good!

This is a vegan must in Jackson. Breakfast was so good, my wife and I had the burrito and shared one pancake.

I want to give this restaurant 6 stars! The chefs here know how to run a kitchen. There is a Mexican menu influence and the flavors are on point. What I like most about this place is the variety of menu options from Pancakes to Tacos to BLTs to Bowls to Falafel. The Pineapple Lemon Ginger juice was delicious. I got pickled cabbage with my breakfast burrito. It came with a Habanero Carrot Hot Sauce, that was so good... I bought some to go! I thought it was cool, they have options for both a Tofu OR Garbanzo bean scramble. The owner was working front of the house, and I tipped the chefs twice the total of my tab. This is a genuine kitchen. The prices are not cheap, but worth the value in a fully plant based menu. Oh, did I mention it has a 2nd floor view of the mountains? Plan to have a sit down meal here! I give extra points for the reggae music in the background.

Passed through Jackson Hole on our way to Idaho Falls from Grand Teton. It’s the only vegan spot in town but we were excited to find a fully vegan restaurant. We ordered 2 Sol Burritos (one with chili, one with the soup of the day lentil), as well as the GTP sandwich. The sol burrito was good but we felt that it needed something else. The chili was delicious. The GTP sandwich was great and the fries (covered with nutritional yeast) and dipping sauce were good too. Owner was very nice. Updated from previous review on 2022 08 17

This restaurant is amazing. The owner is great and the food is fantastic. Unfortunately, it is closing on 2/1. It is heartbreaking to see this small, green vegetable haven go.
