We will always dine at the Bistro when we visit Jackson.

It got so bad that they had to open a door to ventilate the re... read more Great food and excellent service. The biggest issue we had was the smoke coming from the kitchen. It got so bad that they had to open a door to ventilate the restaurant. The kitchen has windows so you can see in and it was smoky the whole time. I think they need to address the ventilation issue as many others were noticing it too. Otherwise this was a very nice experience and is a great addition to the Jackson restaurant scene.
