Not the case n... read more If I could leave ZERO stars I would. We traveled from Morehead to try this place bc hubby had it years ago and constantly said how good it was... Not the case now. When we arrived we were shocked at how disgusting the inside looked. The floor, tables, booths all looked like they hadn 't been cleaned in months. We were shown to a booth that was so cracked and torn that it hurt my thighs. Ordered the drink special pineapple margarita ... ? tasted like dirty dish water with not alcohol what so ever. Tastes hubby 's diet Coke same issue dirty dish water. Ordered guacamole and they brought us two halves of an avocado that had been slightly smashed... No seasoning no flavor absolutely nothing else but an avocado in a dish. That was it for me.. I couldn 't stand it anymore... We walked out after being charged $9.25!!!! For nothing that we could eat or drink. There was no one to complain to at all... they asked if we wanted it to go ? hellllll no keep your roach infested food we 're leaving! Travel the extra time and go anywhere else but here!!!

The waiter asked me three times to repeat my order, so I finally told him in Spanish, “hot water please.” Yet, they brought me lukewarm water again. I explained that it wasn’t hot, but when he returned, it was still the same lukewarm water. My Spanish was clear, so they understood my orders. My partner ordered the enchiladas with a taco combo, but her taco also came cold, with un-melted cheese and cold meat. At this point, I had completely lost my appetite. The bathroom was not clean, and we couldn’t sit side by side because the seats in the booth were all torn. In fact, as we got up to leave, we noticed that all the booth seats were in poor condition. I understand this is a small town restaurant, but there were too many issues for me to want to eat there, regardless of the low prices. I was disappointed—one star for the chips.
