We came to Jackson on our way to Red River Gorge for a quick breakfast and the Cozy Corner Cafe hit the spot for just that. We ordered a simple breakfast sandwich and an ‘all star breakfast’ both with sausage. The sausage was flavorful and not greasy at all. The sandwich was petite and perfectly cooked. The hash browns were the star of the breakfast though. We were in and out of there in 20min so fast is an understatement. If you’re looking for a quality simple breakfast stop on by the Cozy Corner Cafe.

Unfortunately, the breakfast b... read more I’m giving this place 2 stars for the level of friendliness. I decided to give it two chances by trying both breakfast and lunch. Unfortunately, the breakfast biscuits and gravy were disappointing. There was no salt, no seasoning, and it lacked any meat or flavor—essentially just wet flour. On the plus side, the biscuits themselves were amazing, deserving a 5-star rating; they were incredibly delicious, and I scraped off the gravy to enjoy them fully. The omelet had perfectly cooked eggs, but the fillings were a letdown. The vegetables were overcooked to the point of being just skins, and the onions were mushy, while the bacon was both overcooked and undercooked at the same time. Overall, it was too greasy for my taste.
