After being asked to pull forward, I waited 20 minutes for them to bring out my... read more This was genuinely the worst experience I've had inside a business of any kind. After being asked to pull forward, I waited 20 minutes for them to bring out my order, without the drink. After waiting an additional 5 minutes, I checked the bags and realized the order was wrong. I went inside and waited a few minutes until somebody finally showed up to the counter and explained the issue, she took my bags of food back and loosely explained that there was a customer with an issue up front, which they must have disregarded because I waited another few minutes before anybody else came out. When they did come out, they seemed to have no clue what they were doing, and grabbed my bags of food to take out to a customer in the parking lot. At this point I tell him he's taking my food out and they finally send somebody else out to sort out the situation. They proceed to give me the worst frappe I've ever had, it was mixed down until it had the consistency of a melted milkshake, and send me on my way again with the wrong order. If I ever come back to this McDonalds, it's under duress because I can't imagine coming back here without somebody threating my life.

After another minute, I was asked to pull into the waiting area. Once we finally received our food and confirmed everything was included, we headed home. My wif... read more After another minute, I was asked to pull into the waiting area. Once we finally received our food and confirmed everything was included, we headed home. My wife, who loves fries, immediately grabbed some from the bag only to find they were cold and barely salted. When we got home, just three miles away, we unpacked the food and dug in. I opened my double quarter pounder box only to find that my burger came with onions, and there were almost as many onions sitting in the box as on the burger itself. To top it off, the patties hung a quarter off the edges of the bun. I always try to support local businesses, but sometimes we opt for chains instead. However, this experience, combined with previous ones at the McDonald’s on Lansing Ave, clearly indicates that there’s a service culture issue at this chain in this area, and at this point, I refuse to support such poor service.

When I got to the window, they didn't even acknowledge my presence. This is what customer service has come to. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
