Upon my arrival, I was met with a dismissive comment: “I’ll get to you when I can.” After a few minutes, he eventually took my order, which included an 8-piece meal and 3 chicken sandwiches. When I got home, I was disappointed to find only 5 pieces of chicken in the bucket, along with coleslaw, gravy, and the 3 sandwiches, but no mashed potatoes or biscuits. However, I was charged the full price. I understand that restaurants can be short-staffed, but that shouldn’t negatively impact the customer experience. Since I live 30 minutes away, I couldn’t just turn around and go back, and no one answered the phone when I tried to call. The man at the window was quite rude as well; he should really be replaced.

The manager hung up on me when I called, and I had to make the long trip back to Jackson to get my wallet. The manager was quite rude, and his assistant kept coughing without a mask and wiping his nose. There was an unpleasant smell of rancid oil in the restaurant, which was really off-putting. Since the new management took over, things have definitely gone downhill.

I'm not one to exagge... read more I would never return to this branch. My friend and I had lunch there, and the place was filthy, from the ceiling to the tables and floors. I'm not one to exaggerate, but it was really bad. The food was awful as well, especially the chicken—it tasted like it had been sitting in the kitchen for days. This was the worst KFC I've ever visited.

Also, the gentleman at the drive-thru was rude and appeared to have poor customer service skills. It felt like dealing with someone who lacked basic training. The rest of the menu did not improve the overall experience.
