I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. My food was served cold, so I returned it, but they still brought me cold food. When I mentioned it, one of the staff actually had the nerve to go to a nearby hair salon, get some fries, and then tell me I should get something different from somewhere else because their fries were hot. If I could give zero stars, I would. My food was ice cold. When I returned it, they gave me cold food again and responded with attitude when I mentioned the issue. One employee even walked to the fry station, grabbed some fries, and came back eating them while insisting that I must have gotten fries from somewhere else because theirs were hot. I couldn’t believe it and just asked for a refund. Terrible experience!
The restaurant offers delicious food, featuring fresh chicken; however, the service from the staff is quite slow.
I ordered a 4-piece original meal with 3 thighs and 1 leg, but when I got home, I found that it was actually 3 legs and 1 thigh. I was advised not to eat it and to throw it away because I couldn't trust the food.
The person working at the window tonight, November 13, 2022, deserves a raise!

I have a 4 pieces original told their twice 3 legs 1 atn as to house it was 3 legs 1 thigh . I was informed, not eating throw garbage I did because food cannot trust.Food: 4/5
This experience was disappointing. Unfortunately, my chicken appeared undercooked, and the meat was quite tough. I usually enjoy their food, but this time it fell short of expectations.
I ordered the chicken strip combo, but I only received three cold, stale strips and my drink, even though I paid for the full combo.
