I finished my drink in about five minutes and never received a refill, which was disappointing. To top it off, a takeout order we placed at the start of our meal took another 20 minutes to reach our table, still without any offer for a drink refill. Thank you, IHOP, for the great food, but sadly, the service left much to be desired—definitely lower quality than my local McDonald's.

Food oft... read more I've always wanted an IHOP, but since one opened in town, the quality has declined rapidly. The service is extremely slow, nearly nonexistent at times. Food often arrives cold, or sometimes isn't served at all, requiring us to request that unserved items be removed from the bill. Today, it took us two hours from the time we arrived to when we finally left, and that was only because we went to the counter to pay; the restaurant wasn’t even busy when we got there. It took about 40 minutes just to have our orders taken, and another 30-40 minutes before the food was served. While the staff are friendly, there’s definitely no sense of urgency. I even saw a few customers get up and leave. I understand there are staffing shortages everywhere, but these wait times were just excessive.

The interior was clean and well-maintained. My order was accurate and included plastic utensils and condiments. The takeout containers were very convenient. The entire breakfast cost less than $10. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for breakfast.
